Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Audience

LoversGames games are for adults only. They are designed to be played between consenting adults, who remain free at any time to skip a step or stop the game.

3. Free previews

Each game may have a free preview, sent by e-mail as a download link valid for 30 days. The preview is provided free of charge, for strictly personal use.

4. Full edition of the games

The full edition of the games is sold on the LoversGames Fanvue page, in a French edition and an English edition. The button on each game page leads straight to the game's payment page; once the payment is made, the buyer receives the full PDF by e-mail. Orders, payment and any refunds for these purchases are governed by Fanvue's terms of use, which the buyer accepts when ordering on Fanvue, including the withdrawal rules specific to digital content. LoversGames remains the author of the games and answers any question about their content.

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Quote and order

Requests are made through the form on the Custom page. The quote, free and without obligation, specifies the content of the box, its price, the delivery time and the number of revisions included. The order is final when the customer accepts the quote in writing (by e-mail).

Payment

Bank transfer once the quote is accepted. Creation starts upon receipt of payment.

Delivery and revisions

The box is delivered as a PDF, by e-mail or download link, within the time stated in the quote. Included revisions are those stated in the quote; any additional revision requires prior agreement.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (3°), nor to digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal (13°). This consent is never presumed: the customer gives it in writing, in the e-mail accepting the quote, by copying the sentence provided for this purpose in the quote. Creation does not begin until it has been given. A confirmation of this consent is sent by e-mail.

6. License

Files are for private use only. Reselling, sharing, publishing or distributing them, free or paid, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

7. Defective file

If a file does not open or is incomplete, write to loversgamesclients@gmail.com: we will send you a new link or a corrected file. See also the Refunds page.

9. Mediation and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, the customer first contacts LoversGames to find an amicable solution. Failing that, they may use a consumer mediator free of charge. These terms are governed by French law.
