Previews are free: no payment, so no refund to consider.

Full edition bought on Fanvue

Full edition purchases are processed and collected by Fanvue. Refund requests follow Fanvue's terms. If you have a problem with your file, write to us first: we will find a solution together.

Custom creations

• Before the quote is accepted, nothing is owed.
• Once the quote is accepted and creation has begun, as the box is personalized, there is no right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, see the terms of sale).
• Revisions stated in the quote are made free of charge.

Defective file

A file that will not open, a missing page, an expired link: write to loversgamesclients@gmail.com naming the game concerned. We will send you a new link or a corrected file.
