Privacy policy

Your data is kept to a minimum, protected, and only used for what you entrust it for.

Data collected and purposes

  • Free preview request: your e-mail address, to send you the download link. If you tick the box provided, it is also used to inform you of new games (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Custom quote request: the occasion, number of players, your desires, preferred date and your e-mail, to prepare the quote and create the box.
  • Contact form: your e-mail, your first name if you give it, and your message, to reply to you.
  • Security: the IP address may be used temporarily to limit abuse of the forms.

Legal bases

Sending the preview, quotes and replies are based on your request (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract). Newsletters are based on your consent. Abuse prevention is based on our legitimate interest.

Processors

  • Vercel: site hosting and cookie-free visit statistics (including the visitor's country, never their identity).
  • Resend: sending e-mails.
  • Fanvue: sale and payment of the full edition of the games (Fanvue then processes your data under its own policy).

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Retention periods

  • Preview requests and newsletter sign-ups: 3 years after your last contact.
  • Quote requests not followed by an order, and messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Custom orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).

Cookies and storage

The site sets no advertising cookie. Your age confirmation (18 and over) is stored in your browser so we do not ask again; your language choice (French or English) is stored in a cookie for one year. You can clear them at any time by clearing the site's data.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to loversgamesclients@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
